The Digital Organizer acknowledges the importance of protecting the Client’s confidential information, including but not limited to personal data, login credentials, and payment information.
The Digital Organizer agrees to:
Use reasonable safeguards to protect such information.
Access Client accounts only with explicit written consent.
Not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s prior written approval.
The Digital Organizer will implement industry-standard data protection measures to help ensure the security of the Client’s sensitive information. These measures include encryption, secure storage, and regular audits of security practices. The Client agrees to share credentials securely via approved methods.
The Digital Organizer is not liable for breaches caused by the Client’s negligence or external factors beyond the Digital Organizer's control.
The Digital Organizer will collect only necessary personal data for the purpose of performing the Services. After the end of the working relationship with a Client, the Digital Organizer’s access to Client data will terminate.
The Digital Organizer will retain one archival copy of all materials from the work that are reasonably necessary to document the Digital Organizer’s performance of obligations under any contract with the Client; however, the Digital Organizer will store such materials with industry-standard data protection measures until such time as the materials are eventually deleted or destroyed.
